In this sequel to one of our most popular classes, kids who enjoyed Fun With Things That Fly will enjoy all new projects in a similar theme. Ready, set, take off! From paper airplane launchers to new types of rockets, we’ll make all sorts of flying inventions while exploring aerodynamics and how things move through the air. Students make, test, and reinvent as we explore the laws of physics and the forces that keep objects afloat. Lessons will be just “plane” fun!
Students enrolled in both the morning and afternoon sessions should bring a lunch. Lunch Supervision is included at no additional charge for full day students. Half day students may bring a lunch and come at noon by adding Lunch Supervision.
Pick up at 4:00 PM, or pick up by 5:00 PM, or 5:45 PM with extended play!
We believe that learning is at its best when kids are excited, having fun, and exploring with other kids. Our classes encourage students to teach each other and learn together. Our lessons help students explore, grow, and gain confidence in STEAM topics. Our students gain the ability to navigate and succeed in our increasingly tech-driven society.
Our curriculum consists of unique activities designed to teach, challenge and allow for creative exploration.
Our classes span multiple STEAM categories, encouraging students to combine learning and techniques from many disciplines in ways they don’t usually encounter in school.
